Sunshine Ritual

Winner of the Irish Tatler Best Overall Treatment 2011, this is a fantastic Summertime Treatment that will leave you feeling ready for long lazy days on the beach....

The Sunshine experience begins with a lemon, orange and lychee body scrub, which will leave skin, nourished and revitalised. Oranges and lemons are rich in vitamins A and C, which energise the skin, and anti-oxidants that gently hydrate dry skin. The scrub is followed by the nourishing Orange and Apricot body wrap, which is applied all over the body before you are wrapped in a warm blanket. During this relaxation time, the therapist performs a gentle shiatsu pressure point scalp massage to encourage an even deeper state of relaxation. The vitamins and oils in the body wrap leave the skin feeling wonderfully moisturised and reenergized. The experience is concluded then with the application of a lemon and orange oil focusing on shiatsu pressure points, which further promotes relaxation and nourishes skin cells. The sunshine experience is a great way to both mentally and physically prepare for the summer.

Beginning with the exfoliation of the bust and décolleté area and followed by an application of a firming oil, the skin is nourished and prepared for thefirming mask. The Cooling Hot Stone Body-Facial is a full body ‘Ice Cool Thermal Muscle Massage' with exceptional Anti-Ageing facial results. The combination therapy uses extremities of temperature for the ultimate body awakening whilst also addressing specific skincare concerns.

The Cooling Hot Stone Body Facial begins with a Foot Cleansing Ritual using lime infused mitts. The body is brushed using the Elemis Natural Cactus skin brush to stimulate circulation and bring oxygen to the surface, cleaning any build-up waste and toxins under the skin.
