This combination therapy uses extremities of temperature for the ultimate body awakening, whilst also addressing specific skincare concerns. The body is first brushed to stimulate circulation and bring oxygen to the surface, cleaning any build-up
waste and toxins under the skin. Oil is massaged into the skin and a Cooling Instant Refreshing Gel is applied over the soles of the feet and to the leg to reduce swelling and relieve muscle tension. Powerful Hot Stones are introduced for applying deep
pressure into congested areas, encouraging lymphatic decongestion and boosting circulation whilst the body relaxes.
