The hotel's main dining room is the "Gulfstream Restaurant", named after its unique location. Panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Irish coast, offer a stunning backdrop for your dining experience.
Head Chef Adam Medcalf and his brigade have created a wonderful menu offering the best of fresh sea food and local organic produce where possible. The food concept is based on modern French and light Mediterranean, using only the finest oils, pestos, salads and herbs. There is a strong emphasis on fresh coastal seafood in particular turbot, sole and fresh shell fish accompanied by low fat sauces and dressings.
Breakfast each morning is a wonderful treat; choose from the many dishes on our cold buffet from Salamis, Cheese and Local Yoghurts to Croissants, Homemade Muesli and Fruits. Our Hot Buffet offers delicious local sausages, the famous ‘Clonakilty Pudding’ as well as bacon and local free range eggs.
