The suite can be booked for either a morning or afternoon session. Times are from 10.00am to 1.30pm or 2.30pm to 6pm and inlcudes unlimited access to the heated seawater therapy pool, sauna, hammam and gym.

The Rasul is a traditional Arabian ritual cleansing treatment which uses a steam temple and chakra muds. As you relax in
the warmth of the chamber you will quickly begin to feel the benefits to your respiratory system and your skin as the steam and mud detoxify the body. Muds are applied to specific areas of the body while you relax under a sky of twinkling lights and allow the mud and steam combine to de-stress your mind and detox your body.
