Feel Safe with Us

Throughout the Covid19 pandemic, we have worked continuously to ensure that we are operating in line with Government protocols. In all cases, the health of our guests and colleagues is the most important consideration.

 

With the recent easing of restrictions, we understand that everyone’s level of comfort is different, and some guests may be anxious at the removal of certain guidelines. We would like to assure all guests, that we will continue to operate to the highest standards and many of our protocols will remain in place to ensure your comfort and safety. We hope this will served to give you peace of mind when returning to Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa.

Our Team:

  • have received training in COVID-19 safety and hygiene regulations & will continue to adhere to the relevant protocols as outlined by Government
  • will wash their hands as frequently as possible and in addition they will use hand sanitizer each time they use shared products or equipment
  • appropriate PPE will be worn by all employees based on their role and responsibilities, including the wearing of face masks in all customer facing roles.   

Our Guests:

  • guests are required to adhere the current guidelines in relation to Close Contacts & Positive Covid19 Tests. Please do not arrive to the hotel if they feel unwell or have any symptoms of Covid19.
  • prior to arrival all guests should make the relevant reservations for Dining, Spa Treatments, Gym and Pool.
  • all guests will be asked to wear a face covering arriving and leaving the Restaurant, Lounge & Dunes Bistro and whilst moving around i.e., going to the restrooms 
  • Express Check Out will be offered to guests. A copy of the guest bill will be sent to the room on the morning of departure and the final bill can be checked and paid over the phone or can be charged to card on the system.

Cleaning & Sanitizing:

  • hand sanitiser dispensers, touchless whenever possible, are available at all guest and employee entrances and contact areas such as reception desks, restaurant, bistro & lounge entrances, meeting rooms, spa, and gym.  there will be health and hygiene reminders throughout the property
  • all bedrooms, bathrooms & public areas will undergo a rigorous daily cleaning & sanitising routine, including the constant cleaning of door handles & doors.
  • all linen & towels will be washed with additional bacterial cleaning agents

Food & Beverage Service:

  • a booking system for all dining, from breakfast through to dinner will continue to allow us to manage the number of guests in each area
  • tables will be cleaned and sanitised after use

Spa, Gym, Therapy Pool and Relaxation Area:

  • A strict sanitisation programme is in place for this area. The pool area will be washed and sanitised each evening and regular chemical checks will continue to be recorded as normal.
  • The number of guests in the spa, gym and pool will be on a controlled basis, through a booking system
  • Hotel Residents are asked to use their bedroom for changing into bathing and gym gear to limit the number of people in the changing areas. Robes are provided in your bedroom.
