What time is the check-in?

Check in time is 3pm for our Hotel Guests and 4pm for our Apartment Guests

What time is check out?

Check out is 11am for our Hotel Guests and 10am for our Apartment Guests

Is the breakfast included?

We are delighted to offer a Full West Cork Breakfast each morning in the Gulfstream Restaurant. Breakfast is served from 7am to 11am. Breakfast is included in all our packages, with the exception of our Self Catering Apartments

Does the hotel have EV Chargers?

Yes, we have 2 EV charger in the hotel carpark.

Is there private parking?

We have ample parking around the hotel. There is no charge for parking

Is it necessary to book Spa Treatments in advance?

Yes, we highly recommend booking your prefered Spa Treatments in advance of your arrival to avoid disappointment.

Is the hotel pet friendly

We allow dogs in our Self Catering Apartments only.

Is there a Kids Club in the hotel?

While we don't have a kids club in the hotel, we do offer the following for our younger guests:

Babysitting Service
Children's Lounge with XBox, Games and Books
Beach Games available on loan from Reception
Snooker Room
Netflix
Children's Hours in the Pool

Does the hotel offer Room Rate only?

All of our Hotel offers include a Full West Cork Breakfast. Our Self Catering Apartments do not include Breakfast, however Breakfast can be booked and paid for at Reception.
