We stayed at the Inchydoney Hotel this week for two nights, and from the moment we arrived we just knew it was going to be a fabulous stay. At check-in, we were welcomed by the extremely friendly reception staff and treated to a local cream liqueur, which was such a lovely touch. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, with a balcony and a lovely view, and it had everything we could possibly need. The hotel itself is so laid-back and relaxing, with a fabulous location and very modern décor. Without doubt, it’s one of the best hotels in Ireland. Breakfast was outstanding one of the best we’ve ever had. The hot food was freshly cooked and delicious, and the variety was incredible: homemade breads, fruit, yoghurts, porridge, pancakes and more, all so fresh and tasty. Every staff member we encountered from reception to housekeeping, the bar, and the breakfast team were all warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. There is such a personal feel in this hotel, and you really feel valued and appreciated for staying there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and treated like genuinely appreciated guests. I can honestly say that every staff member we dealt with could not have been more obliging. I have spent fifty years in one or another aspect of the hospitality industry and I was struck by how everyone came across as actually enjoying what they were doing. Our room was spotlessly clean. There were nice little touches, such as two chocolates in an oyster shell in our room each night. There are two restaurants, one offering very good bistro-style food with the other, more formal dining. I took full advantage of oysters being on the menu, beautifully fresh, creamy and smelling of the sea. We spent four nights at this wonderful place, so there was time to enjoy not only perfectly cooked fish but also Irish steak that definitely did not disappoint either. Portions are generous, unlike a lot of establishments I have visited elsewhere.

Fabulous 2 night stay. Lovely location and a great view from our room. Really enjoyed the food , lovely staff , locals from the area. Would definitely return and the pots of jam we received on our departure were a lovely touch.

Really enjoyable break, friendly and helpful staff and great facilities. A big thanks to the food and beverage team, for the way they dealt with our kids allergies. From the chef to the wait staff nothing was a problem and you could see that they were confident discussing things with us.

Inchydoney Lodge & Spa has beautiful location with two magical beaches on either side, fantastic food and service. The attention to detail by the very friendly and helpful staff was super. Upon arrival we were informed at reception that we had been upgraded to an Ocean View suite which was massive and a wonderful surprise for our 20th wedding anniversary. I was very happy that we choose Inchydoney given the drive down from Co Cavan, it was worth it and we definitely plan to return in the future. Thanks to all the staff and management for a wonderful stay.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We had an amazing time staying there and even got engaged there . It was outstanding. The staff were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay they went above and behond for us. The food was amazing. The room was stunning and the views were spectacular. We enjoyed every single second of our stay and have very fond memories of it. It is now our favourite hotel and we will always return there. We even recieved the most beautiful email after our stay from the owner,what a lovely touch to top it off. We would very, very highly recommend this hotel.

Myself and my husband had a wonderful 'linger longer' weekend at Inchydoney. The staff were amazing all through, the room was lovely, the bar food us excellent and we did yoga on the beach most mornings.

The Beach and Location at Inchydoney is just a different world. The beach is an amazing experience in any weather. Our eldest daughter has learned how to Surf since the age of 8 at incydoney and its the big highlight every year when she returns to spend the full week everyday in surf classes. Our youngest is so much looking forward to starting surf classes next year.The Indoor pool is an amazing treat for all our family everyday even if out on beach surfing we retreat to relax in the amazing salt water indoor pool and its water treatments.

Thank you to the team for another amazing visit! This is THE place to go if you want to switch off and relax - my mum calls it her happy place! The hotel is very fortunate to have such a stunning beach on its doorstep. Expectations are high with such a location, and the hotel does not disappoint! Its decor with a coastal/Hampton style aesthetic continues the outdoor serenity indoors. This attention to detail is continued in the added little touches such as the offer of welcome glass of liqueur on arrival, to the evening chocolates and weather forecast card delivered to the bedroom and the gift of homemade jam on departure. My brother arranged for my mum to receive a gift of wine for her birthday and when this was delivered to the room it was accompanied by a card from the staff and chocolate treats - a really personal touch! A special mention for the Gulfstream restaurant. With its breakfast buffet and hot dishes which are delivered fresh from the kitchen to your table, to the evening meal which is accompanied with canapés and petit fours you will not be disappointed in its culinary offerings. And a shoutout in particular to Dearbhla and Dawn who always make us feel so welcome on our repeat visits! This is the place to go if you are looking for somewhere to relax and immerse yourself in the beauty of seaside location and still have all the luxury amenities of a top class hotel.
