The sight of the sea is a key draw, along with the team’s exquisite local menus, to our flagship Gulfstream Restaurant. Panoramic sea views, fresh and breezy décor, complete with Bristol blue glasses, wicker shades and painted white shutters, all create an evocative sense of coastal chic.
Breakfast is served in the Gulfstream each morning which is a wonderful West Cork treat – a choice of the finest foods produced in the region, from local salamis, smoked salmon, cheeses and yoghurts to the delicious sausages, free-range eggs and the famous Clonakilty pudding.
The dinner menu in the Gulfstream Restaurant is full of locally sourced ingredients celebrating our many local producers. Over 60% of the country's Artisan Producers are basesd in West Cork, giving our Chef's a wonderful range to choose from, including Caherbeg Pork, Dinish Island Scallops and Skeaghanore Duck and Ummera Smoked Salmon. Our Pastry Chefs have also created a mouth-watering selection of delicacies including a local Bushby Strawberry Tart, as well as a wonderful selection of Inchydoney Ice Creams made from local Five Farms Liqueur and our famous Walnut Bread. For the cheese lover, our selection of Munster Cheese is a wonderful end to any meal.
